Below are links to pictures from the Texas Beta House Corporation alumni-undergraduate retreats at the beachfront estate of brother Jerry Nelson (UCLA, Cal Ep '48) over the years 2000-2007. (These links open pages in new windows.)

1. To pause the show press the space bar or click in the page number block inside the picture near its left bottom edge. To resume the show press the space bar again or click in the main part of the picture or on the  [>>] symbol.
2. To skip ahead click in the picture OR on the  [>>] symbol.
3. To go back click on the [<<] symbol.

1. To enlarge a thumbnail picture click on it, but wait about 10 seconds before clicking on the first one. If this first picture is a the left edge of the screen rather than in the center, something is wrong; please use your browser's Back button and try again.
2. To go to the next picture click on the right half of the picture, OR press N on the keyboard
3. To go to the previous picture click on the left half of the picture, OR press P on the keyboard, (To get rid of the NEXT or PREV label that may appear on the picture, move the cursor off the picture.)
4. To skip to a non-adjacent picture, click above or below the enlarged picture, or on the CLOSE label, OR press X on the keyboard, to  return to the thumbnails, and  find another thumbnail that you want to see enlarged.

You can use your browser Find function with the Lightbox thumbnail page to search for names and other words in the CaboPeople photo captions. Alternately you can used this Name Index link to see a plain photo..

Map and Satellite View Tour

 
Preparation for using one of the  following two items. (not yet available via ttuphipsi.org server)
1. Download and install free Google Earth version 4.3 or higher via  http://earth.google.com .

2. In the Menus at top of screen set
Tools >> Options >> Touring >
                "Tour Pause:" 5 Seconds
                [check]  "Show balloon when tour is paused."

3. On the Layers panel (at bottom left of screen) uncheck all and then check the following 3 layers:
        [check]  Roads,
        Inside the "Borders and Labels" folder
                [check]  Labels
        [check]  Terrain

4.  In the Places panel uncheck everything
5. Right click on this link and on the pop-up menu select "Copy link location",

6. In Google Earth in the menu "Add >> Network Link >> Link" Paste this link..
5. Right click on this link and on the pop-up menu select "Save ..." to some convenient location on your computer.

6.  In Microsoft Windows double-click on the icon for  this  document.
Using one of  the preceding two items
7. A folder  will appear as a folder in Google Earth on the "Places" panel, at the bottom under "Temporary Places" as  "BCS MEXICO_h."

8. Check this folder. (This folder can be left open or closed. When it is open you will will be able to see about 75 places and sub-folders inside it, all of which will be checked after you check the folder.)

9. Click the run icon [ > ] at the bottom of the Places panel. 

The tour will take about 12 minutes.
